Catch up

So I've been REALLy busy lately, but finally have a few minutes to get on here. Everyone is doing well and Kaitlyn will go for her 6 month check up next Wednesday so we can see how much she's grown. She's close to crawling right now and can move all around the house. We gave her cereal for the first time last week, but she wasn't very interested so we will try again here soon. Other than that she's still a pretty happy baby most of the time. She loves to just be on the floor playing with her toys. Kierstyn is doing good and helps me take care of her. She would carry her all through the house if I'd let her. Landen had his 6 year check up the week after his birthday and is apparently the size of a 7 year old. He's tall for his age, so he obviously gets that from his daddy. He's healthy as can be and will start the first grade here in a little over the month! He's still very much into baseball, but his games are over for the season. So here are a few pictures from the 4th of July and then I will try to put a few up from Landen's b-day.

Sisters

Well the boys went camping for most of this week, so it was just me and the girls! ;) I can tell they're going to be best buddies in the future (with a fair share of fighting I'm sure). Kaitlyn is starting to interact with both Landen and Kierstyn more and more everyday. She will smile at them and get all excited when they talk to her. Kierstyn still tries to be "mommy" a lot of the time and is very helpful. She's pretty cute when she plays with her and I LOVE hearing Kaitlyn "talking" back to her, it's so cute! I hope their bond as sisters grows stronger as they get older.

Kaitlyn had her 4 month check up last week. She was 14 pounds, 5 ozs. and 25 inches long. That put her in the 10th-25th percentile for both. Everything else was good and she got her shots yesterday. She gets her toughness from her daddy as she didn't even cry with the first one and whimpered for a little with the second one for a few seconds and then was over it. She'll go back for her 6 month apt. in July. Not much else to update..........she's a smiley happy playful baby who is really starting to play with her toys and grab them now.
