Okay I've almost got this all updated..................... Kaitlyn went to her 2 week apt. last week and everything was good. They were a little concerned because she only weighed 8lbs. 4ozs. and by two weeks they are *supposed* to be back at their birthweight. My babies have always been like this though. They seem to lose a ton of weight in the hospital and then gradually, but slowly gain it back. We're not too worried becuase I know she's getting enough and we've been down this road before. I really think it has a lot to do with the c-section too. They seem to be full of fluid right after birth making them weigh more. Anyway everything else was good and we go for a re-check on Monday so we'll see where she's at. They like them to gain an oz. a day. Tomorrow she will be three weeks old already! Doesn't seem possible. She's a pretty happy and quiet baby and still sleeps most of the day. I usually have to wake her to feed her most times and she'll go a 4 hour stretch at night. I think we're finally getting into somewhat of a routine. (Although I haven't gone back to work yet, so I'm sure we'll have to change things around at some point.) It's been a little hard in the mornings getting all three kids up and out the door to get Landen to school, but we're figuring it out as we go! I miss Justin being home as it was MUCH easier when he was around to help me out.
